i want to download the Tamino API for .NET 4.1.5 for Windows and when i click the btton i accept it gives an error

why is that so ? why cant i downlaod please help me in this issue.
We have tried this from machines outside of our network and the downloads appeared to work without error.
We experienced a similar error when attempting to get the ZIP file directly without going through the form.
What browser/platform are you on? Is it possible to try IE on Windows if you are not doing so already?
