any demo version WM for download?

I am new to WM, and am wondering if there can be evaluation versions of WM or older version for download free of charge?

webMethods has historically chosen to not make its products available for evaluation to the general public. You must get evaluation software from a webMethods Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

WM has chosen this approach despite the fact that you can download eval versions of products from its major competitors. The wisdom of this choice is debatable.
