Analytic Engine status is always red

When I click on Check Server Status under MyWebmethods > Administration > System Settings
Analytic Engine’s status always shows “Server is unavailable” even if analytic engine is running.

I was able to design and deploy an environment which included Analytic Engine.
I am not sure if I am missing anything.

any pointers ? what to check ?
