About the event
In the past two years companies and public institutions were confronted with unexpected events which placed enormous pressure on their daily operations. This just confirmed once more the importance of risk management and internal control frameworks, as levers to respond quickly to changing circumstances and adapt accordingly.
Now that there are signs we are returning back to ‘normal’, there is a risk that the organization will fall back to old habits and patterns – shifting their attention elsewhere. How do you sustain the changes set forward and sustain control? Can this be secured right from the start upon implementation? Regardless, governance & control are elements you need to weave into the organization’s DNA and embed into the business processes.
