Adding a new run time policy

I have a set of virtual services deployed to the mediator. I plan to create a new run time policy for logging request/response payloads. From what i understand (centrasite 8.0) i would have to undeploy all of my services, and then redeploy them (run-time policy is applicable to ALL services). Is there a way in which i can hook up the policy with the existing services without undeploying them ? If not, are there any best practices around this ?

Hi Jardanan,
I am sorry, but you need to redeploy the virtual services that you the policy change for since CentraSite needs to send the new definitions to Mediator.
Any special reason why you did not start using CentraSite 8.2 yet? There you can do a bulk re-deploy from the command line…

Yep, thanks Gerald. Just wanted to confirm it with the community. Our organization is still on 8.0, so have not worked yet on 8.2
