ADAREP XML data format

Hello,

I’m currently working on ADAREP XML report automated parsing. I’ve noticed that for on of our Adabas databases (version 8.3) field in looks like

VENDOR.DBID.WORKR1

and for another (version 8.2) it looks like

/VENDOR/DBID/WORKR1/

Maybe someone can tell, does the format of this field depends on version of database or on something else?

Hello Liza,

In the output the name parts should be separated by dots.

For the Adabas 8.2 version there was a correction AU823030 that fixed problems in the PPT output.

But Adabas 8.2 is out of support for quite a while…
with V842 and V834 being supported.
