ACI API C call gives Heap Free Error VC++7.1

Hello,
I am new to EntireX Broker 6.2.1. I tried to using ACI C calls. Its give be a Heap Free User breakpoint. I am using VC++7.1 W2K prof.

6.2.1 support VC++7.1. I tried broker sample. The same code works fine in VC++6.0.

Which version of 6.2.1 are you using ?
Can you reproduce this with the latest patch level of 6.2.1 (6.2.1.27) or with 7.1.1.10 ?

If yes, please describe the steps how to reproduce this.

I installed (6.2.1.0). I would like to know where I can get latest patch.

step to reproduce:

try to connect broker server running remote server without a network connection.

I tried EntireX Broker ACI sample (bcoc.c) located under Program files\Software AG\EntireX\Example\Broker ACI\Broker

You can get the update from Software AG Support or you can download it from servline24.

Anyway, I would recommend to upgrade to 7.1.1.10 (at least on the Windows side). 6.2.1 on Windows is going out of support end of March this year.
