About monitor


I had 2 models with same 7B1 version for different customer. I received the acknowledgement on TN after I sent data to my customer, but why my process of “wait for ack” didn’t be executed on monitor ?

Could someone tell me what’s happened ? Or point me a way to solve this problem. Thanks for your kindly support.
