Hi all,
I would like to know as Tamino manages the assignement of ino:id to the documents having the same doctype.
In particular I would like to know what happens of ino:id of the cancelled document.
Thanks in advance!
Pam

Pam,
Tamino allocates a unique unused ino:id to each document inserted into a particular collection. They are unique for each doctype. When a document is deleted the ino:id may be reused for another new document being inserted. It is best not to rely on the ino:id as a primary key.
Does this help?
Hi Stuart,
thanks very much for your help!
