A question on trigger

I would like to thank you for reading my post.

I have created a trigger, two documents as part of it and as part of JOIN TYPES I have selected AND ( ALL ).Though I published a single document still it is calling the subscribing service instead of waiting for other documents till the join time out expires. But as per the theory, trigger should not invoke the subscribing service till it gets all the documents specified in the condition.

I am using wM8.2 version with IS_8.2_SP2_Core_Fix11 fix.

Did you check "The instance documents must have the same activation ID. "

Are the IS’s in the cluster?

It should invoke the subscribing service only if all documents having the same activation ID, all documents must be arrived with in Timeout range but here case is different. Though one document exist, trigger is invoking the service. I am having only one IS, so no cluster concept.
