While clicking “Administration>System Settings>Servers>Check Server Status”, “Process Instances” or “Services” in MWS an erreor occurs and no data displayed

In the IS side log :
2019-05-16 15:58:49 GMT [ISC.0039.0001D] POST /soap/rpc

I noticed : SOAPAction: “” , which i suspect, it seem that like MWS sends wrong parameters or incomplete request to IS.

this happened the first time after a restart of MWS.

WM version 9.7 (no update)

Any help or idea is welcome.
Thanks

Hi

WM version 9.7 (no update)—take a tab on this:

I would suggest you consider applying latest 9.7 core fixes and having IS with base install is not always ideal to deal IS with various known issues/fix resolution example on this nature of this issue created.

In order to keep IS healthy and good performance keep the IS with latest and greatest core fixes.

Please touch base or initiate some healthy dialogue with your Admin teams.

Hi,

especially keep Monitor Fix in sync between IS and MWS (see readmes for details).

Please check for database scripts fix as well.

Regards,
Holger

Yes exactly the main IS components for it to work and deal with known issues on the server side layer perspectives.
