Could any one let me know why customer supposed or required to go for upgrade to 9.5 or 9.6?Do we have any link and presentation doc which shows the importance of upgrades for ERP’s ?

The main reasons for upgrade is
1> Your current version has reached end of support.
2> If you want to experience new features of the product.
3> And also if you company/client wants to be on the up to date software (upgrade cycle)
