Problem importing WSDLs from SalesForce / Daptiv into IS

Both the SalesForce Enterprise WSDL and Daptiv WSDL pop an error “[ITD.0031.0001] Create Web service descriptor ‘Untitled:sfe’ failed.”
I’m loading both from files that i’ve saved. Other WSDLs (Oracle Universal Content Managment Generated/SalesForce Metadata WSDL) load and function correctly.

Is there a resource I can hit out to for looking up error numbers and meanings?

What version of IS are you using? The web service sections have been updated significantly in the latest version
