While initializing the components of portlet the application is shutting down with the below message

2011-05-23 05:22:29 GMT (Framework : WARN) - Failed to initialize portlet: wm_discotres_forumview
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/webMethods/portal/portlet/wm_discotres_common/IForumConstants
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
