More restrictive permissions for MQTT communication with Cumulocity IoT 10.6.6

To enhance our platform security, with Cumulocity IoT 10.6.6 or later, we will apply more restrictive permissions for MQTT communication. The GA release of Cumulocity IoT 10.6.6 is planned for July.
By default, the Cumulocity IoT global role “devices” has all the necessary permissions applied. For devices using the standard bootstrapping process, no action is required as this role is assigned by default. In any other case, please ensure that all users have the appropriate permissions assigned.
Users must have INVENTORY_CREATE or INVENTORY_ADMIN roles in order to create inventory objects via MQTT.
