Issue with EDIINT Encryption

Hi ,
We are using Encryption in an EDIINT Outbound flow,
For Live server we are able to send messages encrypted but for QA , it seems something is missing,

Have anybody faced similer issue , please suggest an approach , how to investigae the issue

Did you check if you installed the certs and the the EDIINT extended fields are filled properly on QA?

please send out the error msg ,and check whether there are some differeces between your 2 environment
