How do you monitor your integrations?

Help us design the next generation of integration monitoring for webMethods

  • Are you using webMethods for your internal or B2B integration?
  • Do you need to monitor what’s going on to identify and troubleshoot problems before they affect your business?
  • Can you spare a few minutes to share your thoughts with us in a brief survey?

Monitoring your webMethods integrations can be a bit of a pain. You can use Integration Server service auditing or Broker document auditing. If you are using Trading Networks, then you can view transactions in My webMethods. Or you may have to dig into Integration Server error or server log files to locate issues. Whichever way you do it, it’s difficult to get everything you need in one place.

Maybe you have developed your own monitoring or error handling framework, where you bring all the relevant information together and present it in a custom UI.

Either way, we’d love to hear about your choices, challenges and motivations. We’re starting work on some major improvements in our integration monitoring and want to make sure it is hitting the right spot for you, our users. We’ve put together a quick survey for you to fill out. It will only take a few minutes of your time but will provide us with valuable insights into requirements and usage patterns.

And if you can spare more time and want to get more heavily involved in the design, you can optionally leave your contact details and we may contact you for an interview, workshop or demo.

This is a unique chance for you to influence the direction and development of a specific product area. Even if you only answer the survey, we’ll be very grateful for your valuable input.
