This is happening on our AgileApps Live instance.
Clicking on the Word document we have uploaded to a case results in an error.
I have attached a screen capture of the error.
Let me know if there is anything else you need.
This error is still occurring as of today, June 24, 2016.
Any information on when this will be fixed?
I have a demo on Monday @ 11am (USA Central Time) and it would be great if this feature was working by then.

Our next cloud update is on 15th July and this issue along with the others should be fixed on the scheduled monthly update.
