on public cloud tenants this is not possible.
Would you please share the background why you would like to remove the button?

This is a customer’s request. So the only way is to do smth with styles, right?

Hi Alisa,

The UI is displaying this option in case the getActivateSupportUser method of the OptionsService returns true.
So you could either adjust the system option support-user/enabled that is requested by this method or override the getActivateSupportUser method in your custom UI builds. Another option might be to hide it via CSS.
