Data fields are not showing up when creating an Integration

I am creating a simple integration between ServiceNow and Jira. I created the Account, selected Operation (Get), then selected Business Object (incident) then on the next screen “Select the Data fields” is blank. What is happening here that data fields for incident object is not showing?

I checked the below mentioned scenario I'm getting the list of fields in the Data Fields section.  Can you please check this scenario occurs  with other operations such as create, query, update and Also with other applications (Jira or something else).  Please let us know whether it's happening only for ServiceNow or for other Applications as well.

Also, we wanted to know which version of ServiceNow instance you have and what browser you are using.
