What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.

We are trying to customize the developer portal with localization and here are our requirements which I thing need your advice on how to achieve the same.

1. Switch between ENGLISH and ARABIC as main two languages.
2. Layout changes and LTL-RTL fortext directions for both ENGLISH and ARABIC languages.

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

Greetings!
The solution mentioned in linked thread is stating how to set the locale once you are login.
Our requirement is to have a locale toggle button at the home page itself for a visitor and let the visitor to choose the preferred language. Hope this is a common requirement for any standard website/ content management system/ portal applications.
You may refer the toggle option and its behavior in API.government.ae portal and we would like to achieve the same in our developer portal V10.11.

We could get a web component written for Language toggle and for the layout changes in Developer portal which addresses the requirement.
