Gateway Path Variable Not Work

I have an API /{id}/customer with id path variable, locally in software AG I am able to get the id dynamically based on the URL ,but in gateway I got Object Not Found .Should I add sth to let it works in gateway configuration ?

Please make sure API Gateway API definition is updated correctly.
