Applinx8 Hotfix Install

When I try to apply the Applinx 8 hotfix, I get:

Not sure what this means as the file is present. How do I fix this?

You don't specify which version/build you are updating from or which patch you are attempting to apply.

In any case, Software AG support (https://empower.softwareag.com) is the best way for you to solve this issue.

There was an update of the HF, on Empower service.
Download it once again and it should work.
