Natural Engineer 6.1.1

I am using Extract & Load in Natural Engineer 6.1.1 and the JOB fails with the return code 255. I am getting the error "NATURAL Source Code (not found) Extract unsuccessful completion". The job fails in step EXTRRUN. please help me in solving this error. If I am using the parameter DATSIZE=512, whether this will be solved, if so where I have to use this parameter.

I am submitting the job from Natural Engineer running in windows environment and connected to the mainframe.

Hi,

This is a support issue and should be handled by you contacting your local software ag representative.

The DATSIZE=512 is related to the new parser and should be used during the Extract job.

Source code not found would indicate that the Application Properties should be revisited to check that they are correct.
